Get ready to turn up the heat at the 2nd Annual Friends of Waring VFD Chili Cook-Off! Join the community on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Waring Hall for an afternoon of bold flavors, friendly competition, and local fun—all in support of the Waring Volunteer Fire Department.
Chili teams can enter for just $25, with a 2 PM turn-in time, and compete for bragging rights while supporting a great cause. The event will also feature prize drawings, a 50/50 raffle, and plenty of opportunities to support training and equipment for our local firefighters.
Whether you’re cooking or just coming to enjoy the chili, this is a community event you won’t want to miss. All proceeds benefit the Friends of Waring VFD.
